How do I schedule a pickup?

You can schedule a pickup by contacting SND Recycler via phone or email. Once we understand the type and volume of your electronic waste, our logistics team will arrange a collection at a convenient time. Pickups are handled only by trained staff using secure containers and transportation. Every item is tagged, logged, and tracked under a strict chain-of-custody protocol before being taken to our R2v3 and ISO 14001-certified facilities. After completion, you’ll receive detailed reports and certificates that can be used for compliance, internal audits, or ESG reporting.

Do I qualify for SND Recycler’s free pickup service?

Free pickup is offered for bulk quantities of corporate e-waste, typically from large enterprises, data centers, or IT departments. Clients using our free pickup service receive full documentation, including a Certificate of Recycling and Certificate of Data Destruction, supporting compliance and sustainability goals.

What happens to my equipment when it leaves our facilities?

Once collected, your equipment is transported to our certified facilities, where it undergoes a step-by-step e-waste recycling process:

  • Verification & Tagging – Assets are logged into our system.
  • Auditing & Segregation – Equipment is categorized by type and condition.
  • Data Destruction – Storage devices are securely wiped, degaussed, or shredded.
  • Reuse or Recycling – Functional assets go through our IT Asset Buyback Program; non-functional devices are dismantled and materials are recycled responsibly.
What condition does my equipment need to be in for the SND Recycler to take it?

We accept equipment in nearly all conditions – working, outdated, damaged, or end-of-life. Devices don’t need to be functional, but they should be intact. Hazardous components, including lithium batteries, are handled under certified protocols.

What type of equipment does SND Recycler accept?

We handle a wide variety of IT and electronic assets, including:

  • Computers, laptops, and monitors
  • Servers, storage devices, and networking equipment
  • Printers, scanners, and UPS systems
  • Mobile devices and accessories
  • Telecom and enterprise-grade electronics
  • Lithium and industrial batteries
Does SND Recycler hold collection events?

Yes. We organize e-waste collection drives and awareness campaigns in collaboration with corporates and communities. Each event ensures collected devices are processed by certified vendors under R2v3 and ISO standards.

Will any of the equipment be donated?

Reusable equipment may be refurbished and donated. Complete data destruction is always performed first. Non-donatable equipment is responsibly recycled.

Does anyone other than an SND Recycler employee touch or handle my equipment?

No. Only trained SND Recycler staff handle equipment, maintaining strict chain-of-custody for security and compliance.

What documentation do I receive after my equipment is removed?
  • Certificate of Recycling
  • Certificate of Data Destruction
  • Detailed audit and asset inventory reports
How can I work with SND Recycler?

Contact our team to discuss your e-waste disposal needs. We’ll provide a tailored plan including pickup scheduling and documentation. Long-term partnerships are available for ongoing IT asset disposition.

What do I need to do for preparation before the SND Recycler arrives at my facility?

Minimal preparation is required. Consolidate equipment in a designated area. Our staff will manage packing, loading, transportation, and certified data destruction.

Does SND Recycler have its own trucks and drivers?

Yes. We operate our own fleet of trucks with vetted drivers to ensure secure and compliant transportation.

What happens to my hard drives?

Hard drives and data-bearing devices are destroyed under strict standards. Processes include on-site degaussing or wiping, and off-site shredding or crushing. Certificates of Data Destruction are issued within 24 hours.

What happens with the equipment that cannot be redistributed or reused?

Non-reusable equipment is dismantled for recycling. Metals, plastics, and glass are separated and reintroduced into the circular economy, preventing landfilling.

Can we recycle hazardous material through the SND Recycler?

Yes. We handle hazardous electronic waste including lithium batteries and CRT monitors using specialized recycling methods to eliminate environmental risks.

Are there any electronic items SND Recycler cannot accept?

We focus on IT and corporate electronics. Household appliances or non-electronic waste may not be accepted. Our team can guide you on what qualifies for our service.

Can SND Recycler help store my IT equipment?

Yes. We provide secure temporary storage for corporates during office transitions or IT upgrades. Assets remain logged under chain-of-custody and can later be processed for reuse, resale, or recycling.
